  4. Preheat your grill to 450-500 degrees F.
  5. Place your grates in the grill for up to 1 to 1 ½ hours to allow the oil completely dry
  6. Repeating the process several times will help create a stronger seasoning bond.

Rust prevention

  1. After each cook, take a few minutes to clean any leftover food by using a soft wire grill brush.
  2. Then proceed to give the cast iron a thin coating of vegetable oil.

How to remove rust

  1. No matter how careful you are, rust might develop. Try either using a grill brush or scouring pad to remove the rust.
  2. It will be easier if you clean the cast iron with the following before attempting to remove the rust:
    1. Baking Soda Paste –Thick paste is made of baking soda and water. Apply the paste to the rust build up and allow it to sit for a few hours.
Then scrub away the paste using a scouring pad and repeat until rust is gone
  3. After cleaning the rust off, always remember to re-season the grates

  3. Burn off any food leftover on the grates
  4. Let the grates cool and scrub them with the nylon cleaning brush

Warranty coverage is tied to the date of purchase, not the date the grill was made. Keeping the receipt or proof of purchase for your grill is a good idea in case
you ever need to take advantage of the warranty.

Warranties are not transferable. They apply to the original purchaser of the grill only. If you purchased our product
from a re-seller or if your relative, friend or neighbor decides to give you their old grill it will not have any warranty coverage.

All grills require periodic maintenance if they are going to last. If a grill is not properly maintained, it may disqualify it from being covered by the warranty. Always make
